Aktif Direksiyon is committed to protecting consumer rights and prioritizing customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction related to the products you purchase, including issues arising from production or service, is carefully evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.
To provide you with better and faster service regarding product returns, please find the necessary conditions below; returns will not be accepted if any of these conditions are not met.
Returns sent via carriers other than the contracted shipping service will not be accepted. <\/p>\n

Return Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Products to Be Returned<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1 Returns of products damaged due to installation are not accepted.
1.2 The product to be returned must be delivered within 14 days in the condition it was received, complete with all standard accessories, and without any damage.<\/p>\n

2. Invoice for Returned Product<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1 The invoice of the product must be provided for the return process.
2.2 If the invoice for the product you wish to return is issued in the company\u2019s name, a return invoice for the returned product(s) must be prepared and sent.<\/p>\n

Other Terms and Information on Return Shipping Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The shipping cost for the product(s) you wish to return is not covered <\/span>by our company.
2. Shipping costs for wrong product delivery, exchange requests, or voluntary returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. If the products returned to our returns department comply with the return conditions, the refund will be processed on the day the product is received by us. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank\u2019s processing. Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 1-5 business days. <\/p>\n

Shipping of the Product to Be Returned<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product to be returned can only be picked up by the contracted shipping company we work with. Returns sent via any other courier will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows:
To initiate the return process, you must submit a return request by filling out the return form on our website or through our call center.
Returns must be made strictly with the original box or packaging.
Products with damaged original packaging (e.g., shipping labels stuck on the original box or boxes sealed with shipping tape) that have lost their resale value and cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for return. <\/p>\n

Dear customers, you may cancel any orders you have placed incorrectly or decided to withdraw from.

The product may have already been sent for delivery.
